As part of the Cured Meats tasting you will be invited to sample a selection of meats such as the: Iberian ham, Chorizo Sausage, Salchichon. You will learn about the production of very famous ham «5 Jotas».
The tasting will take place near the historical building of two-century-old, where ideal conditions have been created for tasting and enjoying the canarian nature.
